BUSINESS CLIENT TAX RETURN CHECKLIST
This Checlist has been designed for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Sole Traders.
Please use it to assist you in providing us with the information we need to get your returns and accounts completed.
If you have a data file, do we have access to it?
If not, please provide backup on a USB, or access to your live file.
Bank statements for all business accounts for the full financial year
Loan statements for any business loans (vehicles, equipment, overdrafts etc)
Invoices for any new equipment purchased during the financial year
Copies of PAYG Payment Summaries issued (if not in a data file)
Copy of RTWSA Adjustment Note
A list of trade debtors, and trade creditors as at 30th June
A list of any bad debts as at 30th June
Any fringe benefits provided to employees (motor vehicles, lap tops, payment of mortgages and/or health insurance)
Proof of payments made for employees’ superannuation
Activity statements that have not been lodged by our office
